Will I get banned for using a macro?
Q7 Macro doesn't interfere with the game; it only uses the keyboard and mouse. Every server still has its own rules, so check the rules of the server you play on.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, there is no hardware lock. The account can only be open on one computer at a time, though. Signing in from a second computer locks the account for 10 minutes.
Are my macros deleted when my time runs out?
No. Your macros are stored on your computer. Add a new KEY and you continue where you left off.
What if I enter a new KEY before my time ends?
The new days are added on top of your remaining time; no day is lost.
I forgot my password. What now?
Message us. Your remaining days are moved to a new KEY and you continue with a new username.
Setup shows «Windows protected your PC». What should I do?
Windows shows this warning for new programs without a code-signing certificate; it does not mean the file is a virus. Click «More info», then «Run anyway». Only download the file from q7macro.com.
The macro doesn't work in the game. Why?
If the game runs as administrator, Q7 Macro must run as administrator too. Also check that the macro is bound to the right game window.
Do updates cost extra?
No. While your membership is active, every update arrives automatically and for free.
Does it only work in Knight Online?
No, it works in any program that takes keyboard and mouse input. Ready templates and examples are Knight Online focused for now.
